Delete your account

You can delete your iFarm account and all the farm records attached to it at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app

  1. 1Open iFarmSign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Go to More → Account → Delete accountReview what will be removed and tick the confirmation.
  3. 3ConfirmYou're signed out and the account is deactivated right away. Sign back in within 60 days to restore everything; after that it's permanently erased.

No access to the app?

Email us from the address linked to your account (or tell us the Google email you signed in with) and we'll delete it for you.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

  • Your account: name, email and profile details
  • Business profile: business name, district, municipality and PAN
  • Every farm record: sales, expenses, customers, vendors, crops, animals, milk and egg logs, vaccinations, workers, invoices and reports

Anonymous usage statistics that can't be linked back to you are not affected.
