You may register using Google, Facebook, or your KrishiPatro account. You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date. Registering as an organization requires a valid PAN number. The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13.

You retain ownership of the sales, expense, vendor, crop, and livestock data you add. We use this data only to power your dashboard, reports, and cash-flow view — we do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

The app does not verify amounts, vendor identities, or other details you enter — these are self-reported. Any business or financial decisions you make based on this data are at your own risk.

When using the Service, you agree not to: • Use it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data • Interfere with normal app operation or reverse-engineer it • Enter false or misleading information

The app's design, logo, and content are the property of KrishiPatro and may not be copied or redistributed without our written permission.

iFarm is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
