Privacy Policy

Name, email, or phone number — when you sign in with Google, Facebook, or your KrishiPatro account. Business profile — business name, district, municipality, and (for organizations only) PAN number. Farm records — the sales, expenses, vendors, crops, and livestock you add. Usage data — anonymous statistics to improve the app.

To make adding a vendor faster, we read your phone's contact list, only with your permission. We never upload or store your full address book — only the name and number of the contact you actually choose to add as a vendor. You can revoke this permission from your device settings at any time.

We never sell or rent your personal information. Trusted service providers: Google LLC (Firebase — auth, database, storage, analytics), Meta Platforms (Facebook Login), and KrishiPatro (same company — only if you sign in via KrishiPatro account handoff). We may disclose information only when legally required.

We protect your data via HTTPS encryption and Firestore security rules (each farm's data is scoped to that account alone). No internet transmission can be 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

We retain your information while your account is active. After deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contact info@krishipatro.com to exercise them.

iFarm is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app or via email.
